• Abdominal Raises 3x15
• Squatted Twists for spine 2x10 each side

Workout
• Calve raises 3x10 75%
• Hamstring Seated Curls 3x Max
• 2 Variations of Leg press 4x10
• Squats 4x10

I felt stiff today so I focused on the motion instead of my weight. Focusing on the movement automatically puts you in the focus of strengthening the form.
