My Actifit Report Card: February 2 2020
Today I played a short best shot doubles round of disc golf with my friend. We picked one of the wooded courses because the other nearby courses were all muddy and full of standing water. There is still a river flood warning as of tonight but the waters should be receding.
Here's picture I took yesterday while playing on another wooded course:
I thought it looked like a "sword in the stone," kind of thing. Here's a close-up of the disc:
The wind was rather harsh that day and blew the disc aloft to a great height from where it came down on a steep angle. I managed to get par from here but it was not the best location.
"The lady of the wind held aloft the Tobu disc, only to thrust it deeply into the forest floor, ensuring that only the bravest of disc golfers could achieve par on the basket," said the narrator with a slight chuckle. :D
Today's game was pretty muddy too but it was fun to be out in the woods. I always enjoy the company when I'm playing disc golf.
The rest of my steps were from pacing around the house and doing a few tasks.
Doing 10K of steps has been feeling pretty good for me now. It seems like I have more energy than before and it is not so difficult to stay active. Posting everyday has been very helpful for me to stay motivated. I'm very thankful for the opportunity to share pictures and my activities with everyone.
