My Actifit Report Card: August 16 2019
I started my day with some walking with my dog, and I really enjoy these walkings since I love nature 🌳🌲
And today I trained glute, and it is amazing how you can improve your training if you include some resistant bands, so keep moving 🔥🍑💪
My post workout meal was in Panera bread, check this combo because from now on it is my favorite
