My Actifit Report Card: October 2 2019
Went for a nice walk through a different part of my neighborhood to jot down some addresses of some potential motivated sellers. In real estate I've been told that you really put yourself in the driver seat with homeowners when you actually lay eyes on the prope rty. I'll be honest though, waking up with a flat tire gave me some extra motivation lol.
But from here I'll skip trace the homeowners phone number and try to make contact. From there it's crunching the numbers to see if we can make a deal.
