Hello my actifriends!!
Long time no see!!
Now I’m on vacation and I need to pay for two memberships one in home and another one where I am at, here are not pounds and there are Kg instead...
Good 1.3kcal burned for a workout...
Starting with 35 kg for press
And some bicep tri serie for hammer curl...
And as used to 55 lbs shoulder press 3/10 to have a little bit of pain... 💪🏽🤙🏽
Not so much steps but a really good workout
