How to be happy 😃 always yourself with positive + thoughts
When you awake in the morning thank God for it.
NO Matter how feel wake up,dress up,show up.
Love 💖 yourself because you are unique and wonderful in your own way.
Take 10-30 minutes of jog every day.
Drink plenty of of water atleast2litrer per day.
Sit in silence at least for 10mins a day.
Eat breakfast like a KINGand lunch like aPRINCEand dinner like a PAUPER.
Live with the 3 E’s
Smile 😊 and laugh 😂 more
Your innermost is always happy,so be happy.
Enjoy life each a moment ,Try new things.
No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
Try to make atleast 3 people laugh per day
Each day give something good to others.
Make peace with your past so it won’t spoil the present
Don’t take yourself so seriously,no else does.
Don’t compare your life with others,you have no idea 💡 what their journey is all about.
Don’t waste your precious time on gossips.
Your job won’t take care of you when you are sick ,your friends will ,stay in touch.
Call your family often.
Spend the time with people of age above 70and below 6.
Get rid of everything that is not useful,beautiful or joyful
Make time PRACTICE,MEDITATE,YOGA,PRAYER.
Eat more food that grow on trees,plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
Don’t have negative thoughts or things that you can’t control,instead use your energy in the positive present moment.
What others think about you is none of your business.
Don’t over do ,keep your limits.
However a good or bad a situation is,it will change.
Time heals everything.
Dream more while you are awake.
Life is too short in wasting time in hating people,so get rid of all those ill feelings.
You don’t have to win every argument ,agree to disagree.
Envy is waste of time ,you already have all,you need or definitely will get what you really,really want.
Sleep for 8 Hours a day.
