It is true that if you follow the following steps than within 6 month you will look so younger than before.
1st: i am starting from morning. We have to wake up at 5 o'clock. First 15 minute we have to pray for all.

  1. Morning walk is very important. 30 minute walking or running habit also very important. After walking we have to dring 2 to 3 glass water.

  2. After drinking water we should go bathroom for refreshing and after that we have to take herballife energy drink at about 7 am

4.after that we have to take 3 spone f1 , 1 spone Herbalife protein power, and 1 multivitamin tablet in a 250 ml milk at 7.30

5.from 8 to 9.15 should have to do some physical exercise and during that time we have to take hydrate with water.

6.After jim Within 20 minute we have to take 24 rebuilt that will help your mussales to build.

  1. At 1.30 will be your lunch time

  2. At 4.30 you take some dry food.

9.at 7 o'clock you must take your dinner.

  1. 10 o'clock you sleep and before sleeping you can take one egg.
