I have missed your post in my timeline but I do enter your profile from time to time to see if i missed anything nice so I got to it today 😁
I
I'm happy to see you got the help of one of our lovely Israel community, he also has a pleasant voice and I enjoyed hearing him.

When reading the Tora at Shabbat, the reader would not say Jehova as this is the name that according to Jewish tradition shouldn't be spoken, the world would be Elohim.

Would you like search for a reading of that with Teamim? (טעמים) the religious "music" in which this text is read in synagogues at שבת?

Wouldn't they use Adonai ? I usually hear Adonai Elohim.... lord God in place of YHVH Elohim

Yes! Knowledgeable of you!

The way I understand it - the sons of Israel didn't know at that time what is the name of the god - so he told Moses to tell them the name, and he says that this is his name forever, but he doesn't say that this name should actually be used regularly - it is being used actually only at the temple, in Yom Kippur, and when the grand priest uses the full name, everyone listening have to bow so that their face touches the floor.

I know it is part of a Tradition to never speak this Name... but doesn't God say this is the Name he is to be Mentioned at all times in Shemot 3:15 ?

Exodus 3:15. " And God said further to Moses, "So shall you say to the children of Israel, 'The Lord God of your forefathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.' This is My NAME forever, and this is HOW I SHOULD BE MENTIONED in every generation.

Just saw that comment too -translating is interprating too and the translator have chosen to explain it in a certain way.
In the Talmud - they face this question and say that the full name will be used, but in the future, when the Messiah comes - the real and full name will be used.
