Busy, anxious, frustration, penance etc. causes our mental strength to decline. One of the major reasons for the loss of mental strength is to thinks about difficult memories of the past.

Because of a weak mindset, we often make the wrong decision. If we are mentally strong and confident we can solve many problems.
