March Run #10: Tuesday Late Night Run

in #exhaust10 months ago

This is a late report for a late-night run from this Tuesday.

I went out minutes before midnight after a long day. The run itself was short.

Rabbit? A character from some cartoon? I like these drawings on the map.

Ps: with this report, I am filling the gap. Four more and the calendar will be full. Nineteen days in March so far and nineteen reports.

All the physical activity data that I display in my @exhaust and @actifit reports is gathered with the help of Coros Pace sports watch and displayed with Coros app.

You have uploaded 333 running activities, and 37 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 37 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 272.08 kms at an average pace of roughly 5:49 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 6.017min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
