Garlic and cheese rolls
- 200 g ready yeast dough;
- 3 tablespoons butter;
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- a few twigs of parsley;
- 100 grams of mozzarella (or other cheese that melts well).
Cut the dough into small pieces 2-3 cm wide and place in a bowl. Add to them melted butter, chopped garlic, chopped parsley and grated cheese and mix well. It is more convenient to do this with your hands.
Put approximately 3 pieces of dough into each compartment of the baking dish. Place the form in a preheated oven for 190 ° C for 15 minutes. Serve the buns hot.
