Second try at Samosa: here's how it is!
- less time preparation
- thinner wraps
- it looks more like mini triangles
- less spicy (because my dad can't take too much spices)
- less oil used in frying
I used the same recipe as before but I tried to change some things like less yeast on the dough and not proofing it. I made the wraps thinner too. Same taste and the look is slightly better than the last.
Cooking is fun!
Hopefully I get to try more dishes. Like Pansit malabon! But in a few weeks time, maybe easter to make it special.
