Homemade marble cake without oven

Ingredients


  • Eggs 3 pieces
  • Sugar 1 glass
  • Milk 1 glass + 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Vegetable oil ½ cup
  • Vanilla extract ½ teaspoon
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Flour 2 glasses
  • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Butter 2 tsp

Preparation



one. Beat eggs with sugar using a mixer until light and fluffy.

The volume of the glass is 200 ml.

2 ․ Add milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract to the eggs, beat until smooth.

3 ․ Sift flour with baking powder. Pour liquid ingredients to dry ingredients, stir until smooth. Separate half of the dough.

four. Mix cocoa powder with 2 tablespoons of milk, add this mixture to half of the dough, beat until smooth.

five. Lubricate a saucepan or deep skillet with a thick bottom with butter. Place a narrow glass in the center.

6 ․ Pour the dark and light dough into the saucepan in small portions one by one to create a marbled pattern.

7 ․ Cover the pot with a clean towel and lid. Bake the cake over low heat for 40-50 minutes.
