Mackerel in mustard sauce.
Another favorite fish dish of mine. This is Mackerel in mustard sauce. For cooking, you need mackerel -2 pieces, onions -1 piece, mayonnaise 2 tbsp. spoons, soy sauce-3 tablespoons and mustard -2 tablespoons well and greens at the end of cooking. Peel the mackerel, wash well and cut into pieces. Cut the onion into rings. For the sauce, you need to mix mayonnaise, mustard and soy sauce, it turns out a homogeneous mass in the form of sour cream. Add the sauce to the mackerel along with the onions, mix and leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Transfer everything to a baking dish and put in the oven for 30-40 minutes, bake until blush. Serve with herbs. It turns out very tasty everyone's favorite dish You can eat as a separate dish or with a side dish. My family loves with mint potatoes.
