CRAZY PARTY MEAT
1 kg of flank steak
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 red bell pepper
1 green pepper
1 large onion
1 clove of garlic
2 cans of ready-made tomato sauce
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Cook meat with broths, in pressure for 1 hour.
Shred the meat and set aside the cooking water.
Put in the pan the olive oil (if it does not have it can be same oil).
Saute onion and garlic.
Add the finely chopped peppers and sauté until well withered.
Put the shredded meat and tomato sauce mix everything and add the reserved cooking water.
Make sure salt is good and let it boil well until the sauce is clear.
