Sunday Brunch Master Cooking Class
We hosted a Master Cooking Class in our sustainable outdoor kitchen today!
We prepared a truly beautiful table of high vibe cuisine for our epic Sunday Brunch spread. Our guests learned not only cooking fundamentals like knife skills, but also got to experience sustainable cooking without processed ingredients over open flame with real fire!
PLUS we made exciting, tantalizing flavor combos that are not frequently used, PLUS we shared info about wildcrafting and gardening as we harvest fresh ingredients to make our own meal way better than even restaurant quality!!!

This beautiful dish has savory sweet potato pancakes, and we demonstrate how to take it to the next level with edible garnishes for amazingly artistic presentations. Who would guess this was cooked over a wood burning stove??
Knife skills are a fundamental aspect of cooking, and we tailor our Master Cooking Class to all skill levels. Here we chopped lovely garlic for a veggie side dish.
