There are always two sides to every coin, if the print on one side of the coin fades off, it loses its value and will not be acceptable. Life also represent two sides, the preacher was able to capture this so well in ecclesiastes 3:2-8. There is day and night, dry and wet, life and death abounding and abasin etc. We must also remember that the word of god is a two-edged sword. Therefore the nature of Jesus as a lamb and the lion represent accurately the mind of God, because in Jesus Christ of Nazareth is the fullness of God contained. The complete knowing and comprehension of Jesus his life. Jesus wondered artist disciple when they ask him to show them the Father. His reply was simple, "if you have seen me then you have seen the father" so we have to know him if you want to truly become like him. If not, we may be misrepresenting in to the world.

Acts 2:36
Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

History taught at this time that they knew God so well. Saul who became Paul was injurious to the body of Christ while he thought he knew God enough to defend Him. A Jesus that was easily taken to the slaughter manifested as a lamb and when he returns as lord and Christ which full authority will manifest as a lion. He can no longer be taken for granted at his appearing.

A lack of knowledge with terribly endanger the soul. Any believer who knows just a part of Jesus will be lopsided.

John 17:3
And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

-When you lack the comprehensive knowledge of Jesus Christ the Messiah, your life will be misled.

Hosea 4:6
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

The passage above shows that one of the criteria of being a priest is knowledge, it must be the right knowledge of god that is progressive. For instance god ask the mercy seat and the judgement seat. Some have preached only on the mercy seat until the congregation become prodigal; while some preach so much on the judgement throne until life is snuffed out of their congregation as God is ever painted as being cruel. The same God who is abundant in Mercy is also terrible in judgement. That is a balanced message.
