He was born in Malaga, Spain, on May 31, 1989. In 2010 he made his name on the music scene with his single "Solamente tú", included on his debut album of the same name.
His first steps in the world of music he took with a flamenco family, who performed in a restaurant in Malaga, who named him El Blanco Moreno. A little later, at the age of fourteen, he began uploading videos of him singing to MySpace; From then on, he began his solo career and became known nationally, after posting some videos on YouTube in which he performed various songs.
When Pablo met producer Manuel Illán, he recorded a musical demo for him that included "Déja de become loco", a version of the song by the Spanish singer Diana Navarro who, through Illán, was able to hear the young singer's performance. This is how Diana, interested in Pablo's music, became his musical godmother. It is for helping him succeed that the singer expresses so much love and gratitude to him.
On Wednesday, June 17, 2020, Pablo Alborán posted in a video in which he made known his sexual orientation as gay (homosexual).
“I am here to tell you that I am homosexual. That nothing happens. That life goes on the same. I need to be a little bit happier than I already was. Many people assume it, know it or simply do not care. Since in my home, in my family, I have always felt the freedom of being able to love who I have loved, to dedicate myself to what I have wanted. I have felt protected and accompanied when fulfilling each of my dreams. In my work, among my friends and in my record company, at Warner, I never felt discriminated against, hated or felt that I was disappointing someone for being me. But unfortunately there are many people who do not live it like that ”,
