Have you been feeling ill these days? Do you feel like some parts of your body are aching? Then it came that you're worried about what's happening to you? Maybe you're just feeling anxious because of not going outside. Maybe it's just your brain who is making that kind of illness that actually it never existed. It could be possible when you are always staying at your house. You will become stress because your brain is feeling stress. Don't ignore when this happens to you. This is not a joke, it can be the reason that true sickness will enter your body.
If you'll start feeling this way, you should consider going outside. The morning will be best since not too many people will make the street crowded. Also, the sun is not that hot that you can enjoy sightseeing of surrounding. No need to worry if you'll be an open area. The morning will not provide so much heat and if the sun comes out. You will be fine because the morning heat from the sun is good for your body. I know it's not that much and maybe there's no assurance that it can help you to relieve. If you don't believe me then why observe it by yourself. How does it feel when you were outside and roaming around?
It's also good when you'll walk in a place full of nature. Building these days can't be avoidable it's fine to have a few of them. The more important is the nature that surrounds you when you'll have some walk. Feel the cold wind from the trees and see the beauty of flowers or plants. I can guarantee you that you will feel awesome. I don't know what's with nature but every time I'm with them that's how I feel. I will have a peaceful mind because of feeling free from everything.
It's fine if not every day because sometimes we feel tired to go out daily. Just make sure you can go out for a walk with at least 4 times a week or 5 times. It's up to you but when you go out don't come back home yet when you don't let your sweat comes out. When sweat comes out that's the time our body will feel lighter and we will feel the energy is coming into our body. I even heard from a friend that he heard as well from a doctor. Walking is good for those people who have problems in the heart. Just don't jog in exercising or running because you will have a hard time breathing. Walking is fine and by walking you can also enjoy more what's with the surrounding.
If you can't walk far just don't get stress. You can do it next time, maybe tomorrow or the next day. There are so many days available but just don't take it too long or you'll body get used to of feeling tired to stand up. Do it or you will regret it. There's no rewind in days that had already passed. Today is different from tomorrow. Stand up and start strolling.
