Steemitri The Mannequin - Behind The Photo contest: Coronavirus Portrait
The other day I took this photo:
I wanted to make a post about the Coronavirus, but I wasn't sure how to deal with the topic ... Should I write something serious?!? ... Should I try to defuse the situation?!? ... Should I create a MEME?!?
I really liked this photo, but then I decided not to write about the spread of the Coronavirus here in Switzerland.
Was it planned?
We have had the first case of Coronavirus in my region and in general the people started to get anxious with exaggerated consequences. For instance face masks are sold out everywhere and cannot be found!
At home I have one and I wanted to make a post on the topic for my blog.
Who is the subject of the picture?
The very famous Steemitri The Mannequin wearing a face mask!
When and where was the photo taken?
On Tuesday 25 February 2020 at 11:40am in Lugano in Switzerland. It was a beautiful sunny day, but a little bit windy.
How was the picture taken?
I used my new Samsung S10e and I have to say that photos come out very well! I didn't take a thousand shots, only one was enough.
Was there a photo editing?
I used PicsArt Photo Editor, the free version for Android phones. The glow light effect was added after making the necessary adjustments.
Here are some steps of my editing:
Here is the link to the contest, run by @nelyp and @johan.norberg:
This post will also be shared on Twitter for the #posh initiative.
