Hellow fellow @steemfoods family. Have you had your dinner already?Well, if not yet, maybe you would want to try this quick and easy to cook menudo.

We usually served it during birthdays, town fiesta or very special occasions.

Menudo, also known as ginamay, is a traditional stew from the Philippines made with pork and sliced liver in carrots and potatoes, cho-cho.

2 tablespoons cooking oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 kilo pork
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 kilo pig liver
1 cup potatoes, diced
1cup carrot, diced
1cup of cho-cho
salt, to taste magic sarap, Ajinomoto

In a saucepan, saute garlic and onion in oil.

Thoroughly clean the pork meat and liver. Separate the pork meat from the pork liver.

Add the pork. Cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in soy sauce, and then add the bay leaves. Simmer for 30 minutes or until the pork is tender.

Add the the liver and cook for 5 minutes.

Add potatoes, carrots, cho-cho, then season with salt, and magic sarap and Ajinomoto. cook for 15 minutes.
