Beetroot Juice Recipe + DIY Natural Fertilizer for my plants from Beetroot!
If you know the amazing health benefit of beetroot then you already know why we need to consume this more. But if you are still wondering, like I used to before then this is for you.
I'm going to show you what you can do with beetroot!
Let me share the juice recipe first...
What we need?
- Rock slat
- Mint leaves
This recipe is easy to make. Just we need to be careful about the proportion. Because beet has a muddy smell. So we have to put the rock salt and lemon wisely to decrease that smell.
Peel the beet and cut it to put on a juicer.
Add some water and sugar as per your taste in the juicer.
Don't forget to filter it properly. The fiber taste like mud, I guess you don't want that!
Pour it in the glass, add a pinch of rock salt, lemon juice, and some mint over the glass. You can add ice cubes too because summer is on the way.
I added two glasses of water, one medium size lime juice, two pinches of rock salt. I added cold water so didn't add any ice cube.
It tastes fantastic. It's fresh, cool, and has a sour-sweet-tangy taste. Loved it!
I added the leftover fiber that came from blending (after filtering) on my plant pots.
Beet is full of nutrition. And it's also great for your plants too.
This is what I found from Google. So you can see what we need to add to our menu more often.
