Mothers day cake

Let's start with the bill of materials.

First, let's do the ganji, it has to cool for 2 3 hours.
Required Ingredients for Ganache
1 pack of liquid cream
2 packs of dark chocolate
As you can see in the photo, we take the cream into the sauce pan. We mix it a little bit. When it comes to boiling point, we add dark chocolates over low heat. We constantly stir until the chocolates are melted.When the chocolates are melted, we take the pan from the stove.we leave it to cool.Meanwhile, we are preparing our cream.
Ingredients for Cream
1 pack of instant pastry cream
1 glass of cold milk
As in the photo, we take the cream and milk into the whisking bowl, whisk it for 7-8 minutes at the highest speed of the mixer.We put the hardened cream and ganache in the fridge. We hold 2-3.It's time for sponge cake.
Ingredients for the Sponge Cake
1 tea glass of sugar
1 tea glass of flour
Half tea glass of starch
Half a tea glass of warm water
1 packet of baking powder
1 pack of vanillin
First of all, we separate the yolks and whites of the eggs.We whisk the whites at the highest speed of the mixer for 8-9 minutes until they are like shaving foam.
We add sugar to the egg yolks as in the photo and whisk until it froths, add water and whisk again.
We add flour, starch, vanilla, baking powder and cocoa to the wrapped mixture and whisk until well mixed.
We add the mixture we prepared to the whipped egg whites and mix it with a spatula from bottom to top without extinguishing the foams.We pour it into a tray with greaseproof paper.
We bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes.Let's go back to the cream and ganache until it's cooked.
We combine the cream and ganache and whisk them well.
We fill the cream we have prepared into the bag.
We take out the baked sponge cake from the oven.We leave it to cool. We turn over the cooled sponge cake and remove the greaseproof paper. We divide it into two equal parts.
We cut according to the mold we prepared beforehand as in the photo. We do the same for two parts.We wet the lower base with milk with the help of a brush.
We squeeze cream on it and add chocolate chips.
We put the other sponge cake on top of the cream. In the same way, we squeeze the cream again.
We decorate it as you wish.
