If you want to do a fast tiffin time preparation then this Mango Suji is one of the best option
This is very new and very very testy also. Suji ( Granulated Wheat) or you known as Semolina. It is easily available any shop and it is a very low cost.
Suji, Ghee, Mango & Sugar
This is called Suji or Semolina
Sugar 2 cup
Ghee 6 table spoon
Uncover the skin of mango and make pulp and filter it.
Take the mango pulp after removing the unwanted things
Take the kadai or pot and give some ghee into it and give the suji. If you want you can give 2-3 pcs of Tej Patta or bay leaf.
Give some milk in to the Kadai or pot.
After heading 10-15 minutes give the extracted mango pulp on it.
Give some sugar as you want and boiled for some time. When it is sami solid off the flame.
Now your preparation is ready. You can server it with Rooti or puri as you want.
