How to cook "Oatmeal cookies with ginger"
Every person's dream is to eat sweet and tasty things and ... not get better :-) There are so many temptations around in the form of cakes, pies with chocolate icing! How can you resist? Today we bake delicious and healthy oatmeal cookies.
It turns out not too sweet, but very aromatic. You can diversify its taste by adding raisins, dried berries, nuts or seeds, or by coating it with glaze.
Cooking time 20 min.
Butter 100 g
Brown sugar 50 g
Sugar syrup 1 tsp
Self-rising flour 100 g
Oat flakes 100 g
Ground ginger 1 tsp
One. Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
2 ․ In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter along with the sugar and syrup. Stir constantly.
3 ․ Remove from stove. Add flour, cereal and ginger and stir.
If no self-rising flour is available, use a regular flour with 1–1¹⁄₂ teaspoon baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Spoon the dough onto a baking sheet with a small spoon and press lightly to shape the cookie.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. The biscuits will be soft immediately after cooking, but will harden as they cool.
