Quick nutritious snack for the little ones

Hello, I want to present a cheap, simple and nutritious way of snacks for babies and children, you only require glass jars of compotes or sauces. I have two examples of how to combine it but you can add the ingredients that your child likes the most.

Layers of crushed sweet cookie, cut strawberries, oatmeal flakes and natural yogurt.

crushed cookie, chia seeds, peach chunks, plain yogurt.
