New Contest 2021 - Week II: The Yellow Stem Borer (Scirpophaga incertulas)
I am interested in participating in the new contest 2021-Macro photography week II, organized by World of Xpilar and hosted by @sultan-aceh.
Well, here are my macro photography models with multiple viewing angles. These images were my entry for the contest.
The Scirpophaga incertulas or yellow stem borer, a species of moth in the genus Scirpophaga belonging to the Crambidae family The yellow stem borer has a bird-like snout with fiery dark red eyes.
Unlike moths in other genera, the Scirpophaga is not aggressive. So, it was not that difficult to shoot from a very close distance.
