- Chop and fry the sausages. Reserve.
- Chop onion, chives, celery, carrots, paprika, sweet bell pepper, coriander, and four cloves of garlic.
- In a pot with hot oil add onion, garlic first, then add the rest of the chopped ingredients and finally add the sausages, likewise add salt, flavoring, or cube, fry for several minutes so that the ingredients begin to release the flavors.
Wash the rice and add to the sauce, stir for several minutes until the rice is transparent.
Then add two and a half cups of water. Rectify as it is of salt. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Wait for the rice to rest for a while before serving.
