Hello, today I will share with you the recipe for 'Kayseri Ravioli', which belongs to my country. Although it is quite troublesome to make, its taste is quite high. Its construction varies according to the size. We wanted to do too much so it took a long time.

Ingredients for Kayseri Ravioli Recipe;

For the dough:

3 cups flour
1 egg
1 cup of water
1 teaspoon of salt

For internal mortar:

300 grams of ground beef
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 onion
1 teaspoon of red ground pepper
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt

For the boiling water:

2 glasses of water
1 tablespoon of pepper paste
2 tablespoons olive oil

For the above:

1 teaspoon of dried mint
1 bowl of yoghurt
2 cloves of garlic

•Cut the dough you opened into tiny pieces with the help of a knife.

•Add 1/2 teaspoon of dough from the mortar you have prepared.

•Take the oil and tomato paste in a saucepan. After a little roasting, add the water and boil.

•After applying the same process to all the dough, boil the mantı you have prepared in boiling water.

•Take the boiled ravioli from the stove to combine it with the sauce.

For the sauce:

•Crush the garlic and mix it with yogurt.

•Drink yoghurt sauce, mint and chili peppers over boiled mantıs.
