How Can You Choose to Be Happy in Life?

To get a truly Happy mind you have to live in the moment. When the circumstances in life are moving towards an important milestone, be happy and have confidence. Be aware of the positive changes that are occurring and use these to block out the negative ones. When the circumstances are going against you, increase your composure and work harder at succeeding.


Somehow you have to be aware of your thoughts, which are you? And that is the key factor in really being aware. You do not have to be angry to feel good. You do not have to be happy to be happy. So who are you? You are anything you decide to be. Which is why peace and happiness is so much more satisfying and worthy of pursuit. The inner peace, peace of mind, inner peace is something that people often neglect.

If you chose to be happy you will begin to be effective and adapt to changing circumstances. You'll start to experience great, positive things happening around you. Don't underestimate the power of being happy and changing your mindset. When you are happy you are in control of your life. When you think of yourself as the centre of your universe, you will be able to navigate the turbulent waters of life and live each day to the fullest. Think of yourself as the pilot on a flight.


If you are not happy with the good things in your life you may be avoiding this area. You might be looking at the outside to find happiness, the outside can be a wonderful thing, but it's not always all your life is about. And if you are falling into this trap that you are avoiding happy times, you are avoiding the same feeling you felt in the past.

Worry more about your relationship and how to make it better than on the day-to-day problems of your life. Relationships can be quite frustrating for people and are painful for the human being inside. But if your relationship is painful for you, your mind is the place where it hurts the most and this is where the stress and worry come from.Trying to look at your problem is often a distraction from the real problem at hand and your mind will only play this naturally.


It's also important to understand that your mind is more efficient in achieving the desire than using other means (like talking to friends, watching TV, exercising, etc). This is why we choose the path of happiness, not because it's easy or fast. The desired change will be the same for everyone. You just need to find the way to be happy! Remember, we are not isolated. We are family. Each person is valuable. We may change for a day or a moment, but it is important to try.

When you are happy, your breathing is regular and your muscles relax. With a peaceful mind you can bring down stress, you can look ahead and make plans for your future with confidence, you can recognise your own strengths and weaknesses and you can come up with good ideas for others. All these factors in an environment that will help create happiness. It doesn't mean that you will be able to be happy everyday, but you can be very good at finding and keeping happiness.
