Have Hope/Cultivate a Mind of Faith - How to Attract Positive Change

There are many ways to view the situation that I have outlined above. But, for my part, I believe that if you follow my simple outline, you can "Have Hope/Cultivate a Mind of Expectancy" and achieve any goal that you want in life. First, have confidence in yourself. This may be hard to do at times, especially when your world seems to be against you feel like you are letting yourself down. But, I want you to understand that the greatest power that you have is within you, and it does not belong to someone else it is within you!

The second step is to keep a positive frame of mind. Even though you may be negative at times, you want to look at the bright side of things. The greatest teachers are people who teach us how to persevere through times of adversity. You want to look at what the negatives will lead you to instead of looking at what the positives will do for you. Remember that all of us were once lost, but what separates us from the animals is that we have hope, so we can fight against any obstacle that comes our way.

Lastly, you must take action. I know that seems like a no-brainer, but in order to succeed, you must be proactive. I don't care how you do it, but you must do it. If you want to lose weight, you must be willing to get moving and make a commitment to yourself. Of course, this does require you to make some difficult choices along the way, but the payoff is well worth it.

Now, I want to share with you my final piece of advice. You must also remember to "have hope/cultivate a mind of anticipation." This goes hand-in-hand with the previous piece of advice. You must also "put all of your eggs in one basket," meaning that you must be willing to fully expect great things. There is no such thing as a sure thing. However, if you truly "know" that things will turn out great, then you are much more likely to be surprised than by events that you could not possibly prepare for in advance.

What does this mean exactly? Well, if you are hoping for something bad to happen, then you are only setting yourself up for disappointment. If you are expecting someone to give up on you, then you must be also willing to give up on hope. Both of these feelings will lead to disappointment. And, if you are not careful, you can become discouraged and depressed.

So, what do you do when these two emotions become powerful enough to drive you? First, you must be very clear about what you want. Be very specific and make sure that you are specific in the hope that it will stick. If it is not specific, then you may just wind up giving up on the chase. But if you want someone to leave you alone, then you must be very clear that they will not leave unless you leave. Be very specific about this desire, and you will attract it.

You must also have hope when you are pursuing your goal because, if you don't, then you will be running around in circles. Trying everything possible to get someone to agree with you, then backing off and waiting for them to come back at you again, only gives you grief. If you want things to work out for you in your life, then you must cultivate a positive and hopeful perspective. Cultivate a mind of faith. If you are not going to see any changes in your life, then you must see the glass half full, even if you may not believe it at first.

In order to have hope in your life, you must first cultivate the proper mental attitude. You must be in the state of mind of belief that you can change things for the better. If you don't believe that, then you won't be able to change things even if they are to go your way.
