Happiness is - - - - now
Happiness is so underrated. I spend a lot of time thinking about how to improve myself and work harder that sometimes I forget to be happy. Just be happy! It’s a mindset. Don’t let anyone tell you it’s not.
Go drink those beers or smoke with your friend that you’ve been wanting to catch up with. Balance out working on your dreams with living in the present moment. People don’t really believe that they have the power to turn the present moment into anything they want it to be.
You can change your outlook on happiness and negativity and hate and love all in a couple of seconds. Of course, it takes constant reinforcement and reminding. This world is so noisy and it rarely reminds you to be happy.
Happiness is a choice. Each day when you wake up, you can choose to be happy and have positive thoughts. Maybe you’re a negative person who hates life. It may take time to clear the shit out of your head so that positive thoughts can flow through.
For happiness to exist there has to be a clear pathway in the mind, uncluttered by negativity and evil.
