Memory Verse: But he himself went a day journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under a juniper tree and he requested for himself that he might die; and said, it is enough, now, o Lord, take away my life, for I am not better than my father. 1King 19:4.
INTRODUCTION: Elijah is one the great prophet of God in the scripture, who did powerful and enviable work to defend righteousness in his own time. He was known by kings and great men of his tome. But why could he descend so low to make such ridiculous statement that “he is not better than his father”.

    These men mentioned above were people that experienced direct effect of ancestral covenant. Therefore, every man must against any connection between what happen in his life and his ancestral covenant.

  4. THE SIEGE OF ANCESTRAL BOUNDARY: Pro: 22:28 1kig 19:3. Boundary is a line which marks limit of an area, a dividing line. When a man is limited by ancestral boundary, he will never cross the stage of his forefather, which means his life will never be better than his father may god deliver us in Jesus name amen
    CONCLUSION: when a life under a siege will never make progress in life for any man to make a notable success, he must be free from siege.
