Y2 W38 workout 2b, Summer
Last night was the first night in abut three weeks I went to bed without a dose of NyQuil. I do not know if that is the reason, but I have a little bit worse cough today than yesterday. I still feel like I have to push enough air out to speak but the tight spot with congestion in the center of my chest seems to be dissipated and speed out a bit. I got a little light headed during my workout. That is not unusual but this might have been slightly more than usual.
The workout itself felt great. I few less deadlifts than the last time. I got in 30 bent rows, but more of them were partial than the last time.
Reps (goal 15-25)
-Bicep Curls 55x91 (dkgry) drag 0 (ltgry) traditional -diminishing range to fatigue
-Calf Raises 50x217 (dkgry) diminishing range to fatigue (straps)
-Bent Row 30x93 (ltgry) diminishing range to fatigue underhand
-Deadlift is 20x217 (dkgry) diminishing range to fatigue (straps)
-Pull aparts 26x80 (ltgry) 60 secondsx80 stretch (ltgry)

I give my YouTube vlogs the main title of "Fitness Over 60." It is my goal to build a community of like-minded riders whose purpose is to get and stay active and fit into their senior years. At 60, I see myself as just entering those years. I am not as fit as I would like to be, but neither am I trying to become a superstar athlete. I am becoming more fit all the time with:
-Frequent resistance training (#x3bar) and
-Ketogenic/Intermittent Fast eating
are the main elements of my fitness plan.
