Caranya, teman-teman harus menghindari makanan yang bikin panas perut, seperti gorengan, sambal pedas, dan sebagainya. Makanlah makanan yang aman di perut. Nah, makanan yang aman di perut itu salah satunya adalah "Cah Brokoli dan Wortel Ala bum6". Makanan ini, selain lezat dan bergizi, juga aman dan nyaman di perut. Kita coba resepnya, yuk!

Bahan yang dibutuhkan:

200 gram wortel dan 200 gram brokoli.

200 grams of carrots and 200 grams of broccoli.

Lima buah baso jamur ukuran diameter tiga cm.

1 siung bawang bombay ukuran sedang, 1 siung bawang putih, 1 buah tomat yang kecil, 1 batang daun bawang dan 1 batang seledri, 1 sdt lada bubuk, 1 sdt garam, 1/2 sdt gula, 1 sdt kaldu jamur, dan 1 sdt kecap manis.

1 medium-sized onion cloves, 1 clove of garlic, 1 small tomato, 1 stick of spring onions and 1 celery stick, 1 tsp of ground pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp mushroom broth, and 1 tsp soy sauce.

Cara membuatnya:

  • Iris semua bahan sesuai selera.
  • Tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih dengan butter/margarin.
  • Setelah harum, masukkan baso jamur dan berikutnya wortel, aduk-aduk sampai wortel agak lembek.
  • Masukkan air putih supaya wortel agak empuk.
  • Masukkan daun bawang dan tomat.
  • Aduk sebentar.
  • Sambil diaduk masukkan baso jamur.
  • Masukkan wortel dan aduk-aduk lalu beri air putih tunggu sampai mendidih.
  • Setelah mendidih beri kecap manis, lada putih, kaldu jamur dan garam.
  • Setelah wortel agak matang masukkan brokoli.

How to make:

  • Slice all ingredients according to taste.
  • Saute onions and garlic with butter / margarine.
  • After fragrant, add the mushroom meatballs and the next carrot, stirring until the carrots are slightly soft.
  • Enter white water so that the carrot is rather soft.
  • Put the leeks and tomatoes.
  • Stir for a while.
  • While stirring enter the mushroom meatball.
  • Enter carrots and stir and give water to wait until boiling.
  • After boiling, give sweet soy sauce, white pepper, mushroom stock and salt.
  • After the carrots are slightly cooked, enter the broccoli.

Terakhir masukkan soun dan seledri. Lalu aduk sampai air agak kental. Matikan api. Udah deh.

Finally enter the noodles and celery. Then stir until the water is rather thick. Turn off the fire. It's already gone.
