All the people who will work on the project must be listed.
The resume of each member of the team must be available for inspection by the business case audience.
The org chart displays the team hierarchy and shows how the team is structured.
All subcontractors that elements of the project may be outsourced to must be listed.
The business case must contain a profile of any industry partners that may be involved in the project.
